These terms govern your use of ChordMelo (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
The Service is a free tool that generates melody ideas from a chord progression you provide, plays them back in the browser and exports them as MIDI files. All generation runs in your browser; the chords you enter are never sent to a server.
2. Using what you generate
Melodies and MIDI files produced by the Service may be used freely, commercially or otherwise, with no attribution required. Because generated material may coincidentally resemble existing music, you are responsible for checking your work before releasing it.
3. Prohibited use
Do not use the Service to imitate a specific artist or song, to interfere with its operation, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is. We make no warranty as to the quality of generated results, their fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability, and we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.

These terms may change without notice. Changes take effect when published on this page.
